Featured Muscle: Ty

I got into working out at around 14, just joking around in the gym with some buddies. An older (very much older) ex natural bodybuilder came up to us and asked us if we wanted to know how to workout "for real". I ended up being the only one that took it serious and went from there.

Took a few years off in high-school, then started a co-op at around age 17 at a local gym and have never stopped since. I love fitness as it is always changing. Finding innovative and creative new ways to add twists to training is my passion as well as helping clients reach their goals.

Me and 2 partners are in the process of starting our own online training business, it is called Living Proof Training Systems and it focuses on the individual at hand. Taking in consideration all their personal information, we make a very comprehensive diet and nutrition plan.

Besides personal training I love modeling and put evrything into every shoot I do and love to progress in the industry. I am hoping to work my way into acting very soon.
