"I eat about 4 to 5 times per day.

I will eat as much vegetables (Spinach, Asparagus, brocolli and salad) without limitation.

Meats: Beef and Turkey( Extra Lean) no less than 90 percent lean Seafood: Tuna, Salmon, Sardines, Talapia, Trout,........ some shrimp.....

Carbs: Rarely eat Bread, when I do, it is Rye or flourless.

Oatmeal, Sweet Potato, are my favorite carb sources.

I drink warm or hot drinks with my food like Green Tea."
