Featured Muscle: Mike
I started out training in martial arts at the age of 3. I think it was a way for my single father to get me out of the house for a few hours, either way it was the very beginning of my interest in training my body and building muscle.
Throughout middle and high school I was very active as an athlete (Soccer, Basketball, Track and Field, etc.) While in high school I decided it would be a sound decision for me to take the fall season off to weight train.
I started to visualize a form that I wanted my body to become and haven't looked back since. I've been serious into fitness and lifting for as long as I can remember.
