
A perfect posterior is the goal of almost any person who hits the gym. Whether it’s shrinking what’s there, growing what’s not there, or shaping anything in between having “back” is back in fashion. There are two key components to creating a beautiful backside. The first is to build it with the right foundation. A smooth big round sculpted buttock is a sure sign of fitness and not too hard to get once you realize the secret shaper that you can do to get it.
The high step is the key to a beautiful butt and it works for either sex. The gluteus maximus muscle’s primary function is to lift the body (think of it like a spring) and so any activity that forces the muscle to repeat this motion is going to lift and tone. A high step accomplishes this in a smooth controlled fashion that allows you to isolate the muscle. Sixteen to eighteen inches is the optimum height for a maximum maximus building.
Remember those aerobic queens from the eighties? You can argue against their fashion but you can’t deny what a high intensity, high kicking high step routine can do to build the bottom. The second component is an increased intensity routine that will cut most of the extra layers that hide the newly developed buttocks a high step can build. Add those two steps to your high step and you’ll have a butt people will brag about in no time.
